Teacher Discount

WaxArtSupply Teacher Discount Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the WaxArtSupply Teacher Discount Program, you must agree to the following Terms and Conditions to receive a 20% discount on all products. 

ELIGIBILITY:

At enrollment and renewal, Teachers will be asked to provide proof of employment at a valid school or institution, or provide a flyer to a class being taught with our products/tools. (Pysanky, Pisanky, Batik Art, etc.)

CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

 (a)     Enrollment in the WaxArtSupply Teacher Discount Program is free, and there is no purchase necessary.

 (b)     For any Teacher discounts or other benefits to apply, the Teacher account must be active and available at the time of purchase. Teachers will NOT be reimbursed retroactively for purchases made without an active Teacher account at the time of purchase.

(c)     Teacher discounts are only valid on eligible purchases online at WaxArtSupply.com. Teachers discounts are applied before shipping and handling fees or sales tax if applicable.

(d)     Teacher discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any coupons or other online discounts.

(e)     Once approved, a Teacher Discount code will be provided to the account holder which, when used at check-out, will affect the discount on purchases. Teacher Accounts are for individual use only and are non-transferable. Teacher Discount codes are only valid for the assigned Teacher account and cannot be used by or shared with other account holders.

(g)     We cannot assume any liability for correspondence, mail or e-mail that is lost, delayed, or misdirected.

RENEWAL:

The Teacher Discount Program term is two years from the date of enrollment. When an expired Teacher account is renewed, the new Teacher Discount term is two years, beginning on the date of renewal.

TERMINATION/CANCELLATION:

a)  You have the right to cancel your Teacher account at any time. If you cancel your Teacher account it will be deactivated.

b)  We may terminate any or all of the benefits available under the WaxArtSupply Teacher Discount Program at any time with or without notice for any reason in our sole discretion.

GOVERNING LAW.

This Agreement, and the respective rights and obligations of the parties hereunder, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice or liability by posting a revised Agreement on the Teacher Discount Program. Any change shall take effect immediately, unless otherwise provided. You may view the current version of these Terms and Conditions at any time online at WaxArtSupply.com.
